How a Consultation Works
Step 1. Email the appropriate address above with your question or brief; please include the student's current year, school, and the area you would like to discuss, so that we can assign the right counsellor.
Step 2. We will respond within one working day to confirm details and schedule a complimentary 45–60 minute family consultation, online or in person.
Step 3. Following the consultation, we will provide a written summary and suggested next steps within three working days, to support your family decision.
Privacy
Information you share during a consultation will be used only for the purpose of that consultation and any service that follows. We do not use your information for marketing purposes, nor do we sell it to any third party. To delete the consultation record we hold for your family, please email info@lu.org; we will complete the deletion within seven working days.
