Careers at Learning Unlimited Academic

Our Culture

Learning Unlimited Academic (LU.ORG) operates on a simple, people-first principle: an organisation that treats its people well — students, parents, and colleagues alike — is the only kind of organisation that can sustain good education over the long term. Trust, professionalism, candour and mutual support are the baselines of how we work together.

We also believe that investing in our people is the foundation of long-term institutional growth. We offer colleagues who commit to LU.ORG long-term a clear career-development pathway, regular internal training, competitive compensation, and a stable, respectful working environment. We hope the colleagues who join us do not simply do a job here — they build a career worth remembering.

Our Values

  • Love teaching: providing better educational opportunities is the operational core of the company. We hire people who are genuinely passionate about education itself.
  • Solve problems with systems: for students, parents and colleagues alike, we encourage solving recurring problems with systems and technology, not with overtime and adrenaline.
  • A diverse team: "international" is a defining word for us. From our students to our staff, we respect and actively encourage cross-cultural exchange and shared learning.
  • Students and families first: we hold the trust of every family. Whether you teach, advise, or run operations, "doing right by the student and parent" is the first standard of our work.
  • Reward contribution: our results come from the work of every colleague. We commit to sharing the company's growth with colleagues who contribute consistently.
  • Change with intent: the world changes constantly. We expect colleagues to start that change with themselves, so that Learning Unlimited Academic keeps evolving.

Our Team

The Learning Unlimited Academic team is structured around six functions: teaching, academic R&D, technology, operations, marketing and admissions counselling. We staff Shenzhen, London and Hong Kong offices, and the total team — including part-time tutors and examiners — exceeds 500 colleagues. We combine experienced examiners and tutors from Oxford, Cambridge and the Russell Group with product and engineering colleagues from EdTech and SaaS — a genuinely interdisciplinary international team.
